HOW MUCH DOES THE TRANSPORTATION COST MONTHLY?

Hungary provides bus transport, and bus lines between cities, and the cost of transportation is very cheap as students can save money by purchasing a monthly ticket for 2,500 HUF.

Interstate travels are also cost-effective with very streamlined train networks which the cost of a ticket is about 1,000 HUF to 2,000 HUF per trip.

The University of Debrecen is the fourth most important university in Hungary and the oldest one as well. It began its academic activities in  1538, located in Debrecen, the second-largest city in Hungary.

6- Budapest University of Technology and Economics

international students who endeavor to complete their higher education in Hungary need to apply for a Hungary student visa to stay long enough to finish their chosen qualification.

When you have received the acceptance letter from your university, you will need to contact the nearest Hungarian embassy or consulate in your home in order to know the exact student visa process and requirements for your nationality.

there are different types of visas depending on the duration of the student’s studies:

  • long-term visa: for the students whose studies require to stay more than 90 days, they have to obtain a long-term visa.
  • short-visa (Schengen visa): this type is available to the students whose courses or programs don’t exceed 90 days.

How long does Hungarian student visa processing take?
